RSI's full featured plan takes all the stress away from wondering when the next technology issue will impact your business. We want you to focus on running the business not worrying about your network. RSI provides 24/7 monitoring with our NOC center, all support including remote and onsite service is included. The plan also provides our unlimited helpdesk. RSI lets you sleep better at night knowing that we have you covered no matter what happens. Under Total Network Care you pay a flat monthly fee and never a penny more. You can have a budget and the assurance it won't change.
RSI Unlimited Help Desk
- RSI 24/7 Unlimited Help Desk provides a support team ready to answer and remediate your end client issues. The Help Desk can be reached by phone or by email. A technician will answer the user's phone call or email and record the problem. They will attempt to quickly resolve the issue.
- Support is provided Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 PM Eastern Time. After hours and weekend support is available for emergency issues and is handled by calling our afterhours support line. Clients will receive a call back within 30 minutes from the on-call technician.
- RSI helpdesk is truly unlimited, clients can talk for ten minutes or two hours, RSI will fix the issue no matter how long it takes with no extra charges. You pay a flat monthly fee and there will never be an extra charge under the Total Network Care plan.
RSI Managed Services
- 24/7 Monitoring Service. This service provides 24/7 monitoring of all yours servers and desktops/laptops. This is connected to our fully staffed NOC center.
- Priority emergency response for onsite visits, Should you need an engineer onsite you will be given priority status.
- Clients provided with monthly reports containing trend reports, graphs are provided and can plot parameters like traffic, CPU load, voltage on a UPS and many more. Data is made available in Line, Bar, Pie and distribution formats for hourly, daily, weekly and monthly figures. We then can produce comprehensive reports for capacity planning and analysis.
The RSI Advantage
- All onsite or remote troubleshooting assistance to fix any issues in a client's existing network as of the date of the signed contract. This is an unlimited service covered under your monthly service plan.
- Planned review meetings will be scheduled up to 4 times per year. These meeting will be held to review monitoring reports and discuss priorities for the following quarter, and to assess the overall satisfaction of the services being provided
- The Total Network Care plan includes all network devices including switches, routers, printers and any other IP addressable devices.
